Teach called the meeting to order at 6:40pm • Roll Call — All Present: Chair Lynn Teach, Jeff Armistead, Greg Gastineau and Burke Harrington. • Pledge of Allegiance 2. Approval of Minutes • April 12, 2017 Minh¢n Planning Commission May 24, 2017 Page 2 of 2 Motion by Jeff A., second by Burke H, to approve the minutes of April 12, 2017 as presented. Motion passed 4-0. 4. Public comments on items, which are NOT on the agenda (5 -minute time limit per person) 5. Action Item: Vacation Home Owners Ordinance Recommendation for Approval Motion to approve ordinance #..., to go to Council for further review and consent. First by Greg G., second by Jeff A. Motion passed 4-0. 6. Town Attorney: Training Presentation: Roles & Duties & Laws: Planning Commission, Board of Appeals, Design Review Board— Question/Answer Session Janet H. introduced Mike Sawyer, Town's attorney, to the Planning Commission. Mr. Sawyer went over the statutes and thoroughly explained each point. 7. Next Meeting —June 14, 2017 Future Meetings: a) Commission Meetings: • June 28, 2017 • July 12, 2017 • July 26, 2017 8.
