DIRECTING TIlE ISSUANCE OF BINGO LICENSES TO
ST. JOSEPH H.S.A.
WIt EREAS, application has been I" ope~ ly made to tile Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Cmtelet, New Jersey by SI:. Joseph H.$.A.
of the Borough of Carle~et; and
WllEREAS, it appears that tile applicant (s) is/me qoalified to be licensed and that the
men]bers designated to conducl BINGO GAMES and to assist are bolla fide members
of the applicant (s); and
WIIEREAS, the applicaut (s) has/have siguified that tile games will be played in
accordance with P. ules 6, 7 and 8 oFlhe Legalized Games of Chance Comnfission's
Regulations.
NOW, TllEREFORE, BE IT AND ri' IS IIEREBY RESOLVED, by tile Mayor and
Council oFthe Borough .of Cmleret, Ihat the Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the e,do~ semen~ ofthe Mayor and Cotmcil by issuing, upon proper
plesentatiou of application and fees, a BINGO LICENSE to the applicant (s);
BE IT FURTIIER RESOLVED thai a cetlified copy of this Resolution be sent
Forthwith to tile Legalized Games of Chance Conhol Commission, P. O. Box 46600,
Newalk, New Jersey 07102.
