Wanda Doyle made a motion to approve the minutes of the April 6, 2018 meeting. Maria Procopio seconded the motion. The minutes were approved. Wanda Doyle motioned to go in to Executive Session. Barry Brown second the motion. The minutes were unanimously approved. The committee discussed the process to follow to negotiate the contract and the template for CM at Risk. Craig Clements explained the contract negotiations process. Bubba Hughes will review. Committee members discussed the outdoor exhibits. Shawn Gillen explained the bond process. The bond process is based on budget. The committee discussed the budget and funding of the project, including a possible fund raising campaign. Chatham County does inspections. Wanda Doyle made a motion to adjourn. George Shaw seconded the motion. The meeting was adjourned.
