A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE
OF INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT FUNDS
(Local Match Grant No. 89 -014)
WHEREAS, The Greencastle Citizens Advisory Commission for Industrial Development
pursuant to I.C. 36- 7- 13 -6(c), on December 9, 1993 approved the expenditure of Industrial
Development Funds as part of the local match for Grant No. 89-014 for Wal -Mart Distribution
Center (Tenth Street).
BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council does approve for payment the expenditure of
Industrial Development Funds as part of the local match for Grant No. 89 -014 for Wal -Mart
Distribution Center (Tenth Street) in the amount of Four Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-Seven
and 70/100 Dollars ($4,597.70).
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle approved this expenditure at their
January 11, 1994 meeting and this Resolution is to ratify that motion.
