A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE
OF INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT FUNDS
(Funding the Greencastle /Putnam County Development Center)
WHEREAS. the Greencastle /Putnam ounry Development Center, Inc. has requested
annual matching funding of $ L-00 — for the 1994 year from the interest earned on
the Industrial Development Fund; and
WHEREAS, die Greencastle /Putnam County Development Center, Inc. continues to play
a key role in attracting new business and industry, and working to retain and help grow existing
business and industry; and
WHEREAS, The Greencastle Citizens Advisory Commission for Industrial Debelopment.
pursuant toI.C. 36- 7- 13 -6(c), on December 9. 1993 approved the expenditure of Industiral
Development Funds for the support of the Greencascle /Pumam Counry Development Center, Inc.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV
that the Greencastle Common Council
® approve the expenditure of up to S '�d (o o per annum for the 1994 year in matching
funds from interest from the Industrial Development fund monies.
