C.2 Downtown Beaumont Revitalization Plan Update
Presentation by GHD on the Downtown Beaumont Revitalization Plan.
Discussion and consensus to receive and file.
C.3 Downtown Incentive Program Marketing Options
Continued discussion of various marketing options for the Downtown
Incentive Programs.
Motion by Member Bennecke
Second by Member Brown
To bring forth to City Council the ability to spend monies for a
marketing campaign.
Approved by a unanimous vote.
D. UPDATE OF PROJECTS FROM CITY STAFF
No report.
E. REPORTS
Bennecke – Announced the upcoming Epson Golf Tournament has been moved
from March to April 22-26, 2024.
White – Would like to see the City take advantage of the opportunity to do
marketing opportunities.
Rader – Announced upcoming Chamber events.
