At a regular meeting of the Council of the Town of Leesburg,
in Virginia; held January 12, 1959 at 7: 300P: M. in Council chambers,
CV there were present: George J. Durfey, Mayor ; Elinor M. Cunningham ,
C^. . Recorder; Howard B. Gill and Mae Bass Mitchell, Councilmen .

Due to the fact that two-thirds of the elected members of the

Council were not present, as authorized by the charter of the Town
of Leesburg, the meeting was upon motion duly made and seconded,
adjourned.
