Thomas W. diZerega, Esquire , was then heard with respect
to his views as concerned the Proposed Zoning Ordinance and'
Zoning Map . Mr. diZerega was speaking on behalf of Mr . .R. K.
Gheen, Mr. B. Powell Harrison, Mr. Milton Myers, Pr. Prank
Raflo and Mr . Herbert Sumney .
Wilbur C. Hall, Esquire, representing Mr . Kulzer, advised
that Mr . Kulzer ' s problem had been taken care of by the proposed
Zoning Map.
Mr. Robert Stevens and Mr . B. Powell Harrison were both
consistent in their opinion that the zoning laws of the Town
should be as strict as those of neighboring communities so as
to avoid the possibility of newcomers coming to Leesburg and
Loudoun to avoid more strict zoning regulations .
• The Mayor then advised that the Town of Leesburg had a
Zoning Administrator and an office and that any questions the
citizens might have could be answered if interested persons'
would but go to this office .
As there was no one else wishing to be heard at this public
hearing, the meeting adjourned. ,
