RESOLUTION NO. 1994 -14
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PETITION TO I.U.R.C.
FOR APPROVAL OF WATER RATES
WHEREAS, the City of Greencastle is planning renovation and replacement of its
water distribution system; and
WHEREAS, the expansion and renovation will cost in excess of $1.2 Million Dollars;
and
WHEREAS, it will be necessary to obtain Indiana Utility Regulatory Commissions'
approval of new water rates; and
WHEREAS, the City of Greencastle has engaged Ice, Miller, Donadio, and Ryan to
represent the City in seeking approval of new water rates before the I.U.R.C.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE, INDIANA THAT:
A petition to I.U.R.C. for a water rate modification be approved, and that Ice, Miller,
Donadio, and Ryan be authorized to file a petition for new water rates and take such other
action as may be required.
