Upon motion of Mr. Wright, seconded by Mr. Fishback
. the following resolution was unanimously approved:
' BE IT RESDLVED, that the Town of -Leesburg, in Virginia,
purchase from the Bailey' s Community Center, Incorporatel,
a portion of their property acquired from Lawrence Hutchison
forty feet in width as shown on plat made by Robert K. Wilson,
for the amount of $600.00, with the provision that Bailey 's
Community Center will have access across the Richard Harris
property; and, further, that the Bailey' s Community Center
II will furnish the Town of Leesburg with a clear title to said
,right-of-way. .
There being no further business to come beforethe meet-
ing, upon motion duly made and seconded, the meeting adjourned.

SPECIAL MEETING, JULY 3,1959
At a special meeting of the Council of the Town of
Leesburg, in Virginia, held July 3, 1959 in Council Chambers,
there were present: George J. Dur f y, Mayor ; Elinor M.
Cunningham, Recm der; C. Meloy Fishback, Howard B. Gill ,
Mae Bass Mitchell, Oden Semones and J. Austin Wright .
The Mayor stated that the purpose of the meeting Was
to determine the exact amount of the bond issue.
Upon motion of Mt. Fishback, seconded by Mr. Gill , and
unanimously carried, it was:
RESOLVED, that the amount of the proposed bond issue
be set at Three Hundred Thousand Dollars 0300,000 .00) ,
this sum to take care of all the necessary easements, etc.

. There being no further business to come before the
meeting, upon motion duly made and seconded, the meeting
