C.2 Conditional Use Permit CUP2023-0078 for Golden Massage located at
890 W. Oak Valley Parkway, Suite C, Beaumont, CA (APN: 400-520-007)
A request to operate an existing business, Golden Massage within a suite
of an existing multiple tenant building located at 890 W. Oak Valley
Parkway, Suite C, Beaumont, CA.
Public Hearing opened at 6:07 p.m.

Approved -by a 4-0 vote
To approve Conditional Use Permit 2023-0078, subject to the
attached Conditions of Approval.
Direct staff to prepare a Notice of Exemption for the applicant to file
with the Riverside County Clerk Recorder.
C.3 Conditional Use Permit CUP2023-0079 for a 56" x 48" paint spray booth
and handling of firearms for Low Drag Inc. located at the northwest corner
of Third Street and Maple Avenue (APN: 418-230-006) within the
Manufacturing Zone
An application for a Conditional Use Permit for a 56" x 48" paint spray
booth and handling of firearms for Low Drag Inc. located within an existing
multiple tenant building located at 242 Maple Avenue, Suite H, Beaumont
CA.
