CALL TO ORDER at 6:00 p.m. Present: Vice Chair Philip Southard, Commissioner Mario Garai, Commissioner Nathan Smith Absent: Chairman Cooley Request of Any Excused Absence Pledge of Allegiance Adjustments to Agenda Conflict of Interest Disclosure B. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD (ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA): No comments C. ACTION ITEMS / PUBLIC HEARINGS / REQUESTS Approval of all Ordinances and Resolutions to be read by title only. C.1 Approval of Minutes Motion by Commissioner Smith Second by Commissioner Stephens Approved by a 4-0 vote. 1 To approve Minutes dated January 10, 2024. C.2 Conditional Use Permit CUP2023-0078 for Golden Massage located at 890 W. Oak Valley Parkway, Suite C, Beaumont, CA (APN: 400-520-007) A request to operate an existing business, Golden Massage within a suite of an existing multiple tenant building located at 890 W. Oak Valley Parkway, Suite C, Beaumont, CA. Public Hearing opened at 6:07 p.m. No comments Public Hearing closed at 6:08 p.m. Motion by Commissioner Smith Second by Commissioner Garai Approved -by a 4-0 vote To approve Conditional Use Permit 2023-0078, subject to the attached Conditions of Approval. Direct staff to prepare a Notice of Exemption for the applicant to file with the Riverside County Clerk Recorder. C.3 Conditional Use Permit CUP2023-0079 for a 56" x 48" paint spray booth and handling of firearms for Low Drag Inc. located at the northwest corner of Third Street and Maple Avenue (APN: 418-230-006) within the Manufacturing Zone An application for a Conditional Use Permit for a 56" x 48" paint spray booth and handling of firearms for Low Drag Inc. located within an existing multiple tenant building located at 242 Maple Avenue, Suite H, Beaumont CA. Public Hearing opened at 6:12 p.m. No comments Public Hearing closed at 6:13 p.m. Motion by Commissioner Smith Second by Commissioner Stephens Approved by 4-0 vote. Approve Conditional Use Permit CUP2023-0079, subject to the attached Conditions of Approval, and Direct staff to prepare a Notice of Exemption for the applicant to file with the Riverside County Clerk Recorder.
