On motion of Mr. James, seconded by Mr. Fishback, Mr. Pumphrey was unanimously nominated as Mayor protem. Z+r. On motion of_iNrishback, seconded by Mr. Leach, Mr: James was unanimously ndmihated`aseRecdr.deprpeoetem. Upon motion of Mr. Fishback, seconded by, Mr. James, the following 'resolution was unanimously adopted: BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council for the Town of Leesburg, that George J. Babson, Mayor , be and he is hereby authorized to accept the offer of Federal Grant for sewerage treatment works under 33 U. S. C. 466 etSeq. , Project No. WPC-Va-74, executed by C. H. Atkins, Acting Regional Medical Director, Department of Health, Education and Welfare, Public`Hualth Service, on May 19, 1960, and to make the assurances,,corit iw d the;eip_ on behalf of the Town of Leesburg. Upon motion of Mr. Fishback, seconded by Mr. Wright, the following resolution was unanimously adopted: BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council for the Town of Lees burg that a copy of the proposed budget for the Town of Leesburg be published in THE..LOUDOUN TIMES •MIRROR, a newspaper having general circulation in Loudoun County, after which a public • hearing' will be held on June 20, 1960. • Upon motion of Mr. Fishback, seconded by Mra, Leach, the following resolution was unanimously adopted: BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council for the Town of Leesburg, That the amendments and chahges in the Elizabeth Riley ease- men ; W. B. Casilear and Dodd easements be and they are hereby approved; and, - BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayorand the Town Atfd8fie�t be and they are hereby authorized and directed to secure deeds of easements incorpora-ting the amended courses:: , of the said easements, and to wecu=SL a deed of easement reconveying the • original deed of easement from Gray Dodd, et ua, when and if the said Gray Dodd executes a deed of easement conveying the amended course .
