TOWN BOARD
The regular meeting of the Board was called to order by
Mayor Jensen. Board present were Klancke, Schauner, Finlay,
Muhlbauer, Johnston and Buchheister. Also present were Clay
Brown and Vicky Winter.
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved.
Bills presented for payment. Muhlbauer made a motion to
approve payment of these bills, 2nd Finlay, carried.
Sheriff Dept. report and discussion of any problems.
Jim Fulton appeared before the Board to ask for a years
extention on his use permit for the sleigh business that he
might move to the Maryvale property. Jensen asked that he
keep the building pleasing to look at. Board reviewed the
prior documentation. Muhlbauer made a motion to approve an
extention of the use permit until July 19, 1989, 2nd
Klancke, carried.
Mayor Jensen called the continued liquor licence hearing for
Au Truffles to order. Jensen reviewed that the hearing had
been called to order at the July 5th meeting, that the
audience had been asked for comment and that there was no
persons in the audience for the licence, and the Town Board
had duly moved to continue the hearing to July 19th 1989.
Mary Dixon, applicant presented a petition in favor of the
licence, and commented that the customers had expressed a
desire for the liquor service from Au Truffles.
Klancke made a motion to set the neighborhood boudnaries
from Berthoud Pass to the top of Red Dirt road, 2nd
Muhlbauer, carried.

Klancke made a motion to approve this beer and Wine Licence
for Au Truffles, 2nd Muhlbauer. carried.
Hartlaub discussed the possible need to annex the two
parcels the town has just purchased from Columbine bank.
Tabled.
Hartlaub discussed with the board that he was moving to
Arizona the first part of Aug. He would continue any
outstanding work as well as be available to help at any
time. He is turning his practice to a man and would hope
the town would consider his replacement as the new town
attorney.
Codification of Ordinances was discussed as most of the
documents have been typed at this time.
Brown reported that the Fraser Info. Center has had 5124
visitors in the 40 days we have had it opened.
Brian of the W.F. Chamber gave the monthly report.
Brown discussed the repairs that the Railroad is doing on
the crossing.
Tunnel meeting scheduled for tomorrow night at 7:00 at the
W.F. Town Hall and the Fraser Board was encouraged to
attend.
Brown will ask the Harris's to remove the car lot use at
their property.
