Claim Information
- RoofCrafters requires a 40% initial deposit on all commercial roofing projects, due upon contract signing and before ordering materials.
- Provide all building permits required by city or county.
- Provide copy of general liability, worker's compensation and state license upon request.
- Provide all set-up, waste disposal measures, safety equipment and manpower needed to complete the project.
- Apply tarps and/or other measures to ensure protection of surrounding landscaping.
- Tear -off existing roofing and properly dispose of it in a dump provided by RoofCrafters.
- We will inspect wood decking after old roofing is removed.
- If any rotten or damaged wood decking is found, it will be removed and replaced before installation with like type and thickness (plywood).
- Install 1/2 inch insulation mechanically fastened per manufactures written specifications.
- Install Versico's 60 mil PVC mechanically attached per manufactures written specifications.
- Install Versico's 60 mil PVC fully adhered on all vertical details per manufactures written specifications.
- Fabricate and install all flashings and termination bars needed to insure watertight roof system per manufactures written details.
- Complete clean up and removal of all debris.
*Please understand that the re -roof process is very dependent upon weather conditions and your assigned project manager will do their best to
notify you of any schedule changes.
*Interior work not included, unless listed as a separate line item.
*Fascia, gutter, structural or other wood work not included, unless listed as a separate line item.
*Roof top ventilation or additions are not included, unless listed as a separate line item.
*Matching of existing TPO or ModBit roofing colors cannot be guaranteed due to existing roof age, wear or availability.
*20 year material warranty and 2 year labor warranty included in cost.
*Estimate includes x2 4x8' sheets of CDX plywood to replace bad decking. If more needs to be replaced, we will need to issue a change order
for additional wood. Sheets are $60 each to remove and dispose of bad wood, cut to fit new and install.
*Credit card transactions are subject to a 3% fee of the total contract amount.

`Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee, with a possible 15% late fee imposed for payments over 30 days. Should RoofCrafters hire an attorney for
collection efforts, all attorney and related fees will be the responsibility of the property owner.
A paid -in -full receipt shall be provided once all balances are paid and your warranty information shall be processed and sent to you by the appropriate
material manufacturer.
