RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO SIGN AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF RIVERDALE AND THE CITY OF BETTENDORF FOR
THE MAINTENANCE OF BELMONT ROAD
WHEREAS,the Cities of Riverdale, Iowa and Bettendorf, Iowa have had an agreement for the
maintenance of Belmont Road, and
WHEREAS, said agreement needs to be updated.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RIVERDALE, IOWA that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to sign
an updated intergovernmental agreement between the City of Riverdale and the City of
Bettendorf for the maintenance of Belmont Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said agreement shall be evaluated and updated three (3)
years from the date of this revision.
