I am writing you in support of the above petition for temporary storage of modular housing
components at 527 Pleasant Street from September to December, 2019.
The use of this site for storage would greatly assist the timing for the development of 28 Austin
Street, a public -private partnership between the City of Newton and Austin Street Partners, LLC.
The project underway here in the City of Newton at 28 Austin Street would provide 68 units of
housing, 23 (33%) of which would be reserved for households at or below 80% of area median
income. We believe this project will fuifull an important regional housing need.
