RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL SOLID WASTE, YARD WASTE, AND
RECYCLING COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL SERVICES CONTRACT
On this J_ day of _, 2q Atlantic Waste Services and City of Tybee Island agree to
amend the existing contract executed on February 11, 2016, to include the following provision:
Atlantic Waste agrees to provide twice weekly (2x) garbage collection to all Commercial entities
which receive solid waste collection services. Each year, this additional collection day will
begin May 1 and continue through the Labor Day weekend. This is included with the rates
Commercial entities are currently being charged and no additional fees will be charged for this
service,
