CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Chair Rick Fereday, Bob Youde, Dave Peugh, Sequoia Pietri and Bob Giles were present. Treasurer
Linda Stokes, Parks Director Dennis Coyle, Community Development Director Michelle Groenevelt
and Administrative Assistant Deb Smith were also present.
CONSENT AGENDA
Member Youde moved to approve the February 18, 2014 minutes; Member Peugh seconded the
motion; the motion carried.
Member Peugh moved to approve the US Bank Bond Allocation Invoice for $1,900.00; Member
Youde seconded the motion; the motion passed.
OLD BUSINESS
Chair Fereday asked Ms. Groenevelt to gather information from past conversations with Attorney
Bill Nichols regarding the MRA owned church parcels.
NEW BUSINESS
Linda Stokes presented the MRA financials as of February 28, 2014.
OTHER
The Community Choices for Idaho Grant state local agreement has been received from ITD and will
be moving forward at the next city council meeting on March 27, 2014. Ms. Groenevelt said that
Nathan Cleaver of Keller Associates is looking over the agreement because he will be the consulting
engineer on the project.
Ms. Groenevelt said she was meeting with Carol Coyle & Nathan Stewart to talk about roles and
responsibilities with the grant. They will also discuss how this project will tie in with Dennis Coyle's
Waterways Grant. There are some questions in terms of timing. It is not a project that is going to
happen this spring or summer but there is a potential it could happen this fall depending on if the
grant is awarded for the waterways project.
Ms. Groenevelt said that she would make sure that Nathan Cleaver would be available for the next
MRA meeting.
