Zoning Variance - 1111b Bay Street -Requesting To Build New Steps In Setback -Zone R-1 - 400021 16088 -Sue Else & Rex Osborn 6. Text Amendment -To Article 3, Section 3-170 Home Occupations And Home Business Offices 7. Minutes - October 21, 2019 - Planning Commission Consideration of Local Requests & Applications – Funding, Special Events, Alcohol License 8. Crista Rader, Lulwater Consideration of Bids, Contracts, Agreements and Expenditures 9. Budget Line Item Transfer:  Decrease Line Item 100-1565-52-2203, Repair/Maintain- Equipment, by $25,000 to Line Item 100-4210-54-2200, Capital Outlay - Vehicles.  This transfer is needed to cover the cost for purchase of two (2) vehicles.  One was totaled in accident and the other truck the transmission failed.   10. Budget Line Item Transfer to cover water bills for August and September:  Decrease line item 100-6210-54-1100, Capital Outlay-Site Improvement by $10,000 and increase line item 100-6210-53-1210, Supplies-Water/Sewer Charges by same amount. 11. Atlantic Waste, Residential and Commercial Solid Waste, Yard Waste, Collection and Disposal Services 12.  Marine Science Center Lease for completed facility. FOR DISCUSSION ONLY. Shawn Gillen:  Approval of placement of six (6) speed humps as approved by the Public Safety Committee 17. Bubba Hughes:  Memorandum of Understanding/Easement for Placement of Decorative Lighting on Tybrisa Street for the Tybrisa Beach Resort Condominium Association 18. Bubba Hughes:  Limewood Drive Owner, LLC (Makel) parcel for lease to City for use of MSC. FOR DISCUSSION ONLY 19. Barry Brown:  Office Space/Office Trailer 20.
