PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION
WHEREAS, The following property listed below
applied for Tax-Exempt status under the provisons
for a total disabled veteran status in accordance
with N.J.S.A. 54:4-3,30 et seq., and
WHEREAS, The Tax Assessor reviewed and approved
the application for a portion of 2002 and 2003 tax year
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Mayor and
Council, of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex
State of New Jersey, that the Tax Collector cancel a -
portion of 2002 and 2003 taxes in accordance with the
following schedule.
