The regular meeting of the Fraser Town Council was held
August 1, 1973 at the tom hall. F was called to
order at 8:05 p. by Iflavor Leonard and found the following
members present: Cecil baker, Steve Yarrow and Bill
f;:avnard. Also Clerk Alta Gesellman and Ponte Rogers.
Ylnutes of the last meeting were apProved as read.
Jiscussion was held on the billing of jery Bickle for
water tap fees. Ordinance 46 that became effective
.PLaV 9, 1973 states 'Tan applicant for water service in
Town shall aeTee to pay a water Plant investment fee in
the aoupt of '650,00 Tor each 3ingle.Family
unit requesting water service." Article 11 Plant
Investment Fees. It was the eneral femling of the
