ORDINANCE 1994 -15
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING ASBURY KNOLL AND
CONTIGUOUS AREAS ON ROUND BARN ROAD
WHEREAS, The City of Greencastle has previously annexed certain areas surrounding
the real estate described herein; and
WHEREAS, The described areas are presently receiving City services comparable with
other City residents.
NOW THEREFORE be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Indiana,
SECTION 1 . That the following described land, and the same hereby is, annexed to
and declared a part of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, to -wit:
All that part of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 15, Township
14 North, Range 4 West, Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, not heretofore annexed
• to the City of Greencastle.
SECTION 2 . Be it further ordained that the policies of the City of Greencastle shall
be, and the same hereby are, declared to include all of the hereinabove described real estate as
a part of the City of Greencastle, Indiana.
SECTION 3 . Be it further ordained that the annexed territory be a part of Three East
Ward.
SECTION 4 . This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, promulgation, approval by the Mayor and publication in accordance with the law.

This Ordinance annexes the area of Longcastle Drive and two dwellings on the West
side of Round Barn Road.
