AUTHORIZING TIlE MAYOR 3['0 EXECUTE EASEMENT
FOR TIIE WATERFRONT PARK
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret as
follows:
1. Tlmt Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the easement
agreement betxx een the Borough of Carteret and A. Duie Pyle, Inc.
and E.I. Dupont de Nemours & Co. for the construction of an
access roadway to the Borough's waterfront park across a portion
of Block 5.02, Lots 1.01 and 1.03.
2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with V.
Paulius and Associates for the provisions of certain design and
j' construction services and materials related to the construction of
I the above described roadway.

and certified as a true copy of the
original on September 5, 2003.
