at Clayton' Cafe with all members present.
Minutes of the last meeting were read and upon motion, seconded and approved.
The following bills were presented for payment and the clerk instructed to draw
warrants for same:

Motion made by Conklin and seconded by Roberts that the bills be paid. M carried.
Ordinance 47 with regard to water collections read. Motion made and seconded
that the ordinance be passed on first reading; a committee to be appointed to see M
Barnard and Carl Fischer about Rrocedure. Motion carried. Mayor'Clayton appointed
to talk to Barnard and Fischer about changes in ordinance and collection of money due,

Motion made by 6 Conklin and seconded Howell -that the clerk' salary be

increased to $50,00 per month as of August 1, 1960. Motion carried..
Motion made by Howell and seconded by R that the Town purchase the EVE

AN ORDINANCE PROVID]NG FOIL THE REGtUTIVN, COLZZOTION AND INIPOMENTOPIMIN
RENTALS, FEES AND ASSESSMENTS IN THE TOWN OF FRASER, AND PROVIDING FOR
CERTIFICATION OF DELINQUENT CHARGES, RENTS, FEES AND ASSESSMENTS TO TM COUITY
TREASURER FOR COLLECTION TH THE SANE MANNER AS TAXES ARE AUTHORIZED BY LAF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER:
Section 1. All water supplied by the Town shall be deemed to be supplied
at the instance and request of the owner of the property so supplied.
Section 2. From and after the effective date of this Ordinance, the Town
Fraser, Colorado, shall have a lien upon all real estate and property supplied
by it with water, for the amount of all water rents, charges and assessments
due the Tom for such water. Such lien shall commence when such rents, charges
and assessments shall become due, and shall remain a lien until the same shall
zoo paid in full.
Section. 3. All water rents, charges, fees and assessments due the T+ m of
:+racer for the Service of water shall be payable on the 25th day of the month
succeeding the month in which such water is so furnished.
Section 4. Fees remaining unpaid ninety (90) days or more following the
close of the month is which water service is furnished by the Town of Fraser arc
hereby deemed to be delinquent and any or all delinquent charges, assessments
or taxes made or levied will be caused to be certified to the Treasurer of
Grand County, Colorado, to be collected and paid over by the Treasurer of raid
County in the same manner as taxes are authorized to be collected and paid over
by law
Section 5. In the event water service is shut off because of frozen nai
or service lines, the person whose service is so affected shall notify the
Board of Trustees, in writing, setting forth the circumstances, including the
date such freezing occurred and the date water service was restored.
Section 6. This Ordinance is not intended to nor, does it affect any other
mans or measures available to the Town of Fraser to cdllect amounts due the
Town of Fraser for water rents, charges, foes and assessments by any other
means provided by la u.
Passed, adopted and approved this 2nd day of August A.D. 1960.
