AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A TEMPORARY
EASEMENT AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret as
Follows:
1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute temporary lease agreement
with Keystone NJP Ii, LLC for a portion of Block 4, Lot 1 for use as a
parking area and public/vehicular access way to the Borough's waterfront
park
