1994- 11 -21. Special Council Meeting.
A special meeting of the Tybee Island City Council was held on
Monday, November 21, 1994 for the public sale of fi fa property
which had been legally advertised. Mayor James P. Locklear
called the meeting to order at 7 :30 p.m. and the following
members of Council were present: Paul Jackson, Mariann Wildi,
Phil O'Dell, Jack Youmans, Katrina Hughes and Billy Remeta. Also
present were Ro Fripp, City Administrator; Patricia Pagan, City
Treasurer; and Edward Hughes, City Attorney.
It was announced that only three pieces of real property remain
on the fi fa list:
1) PIN # 4 -26 -11 -020

The City Attorney, Mr. Hughes, supervised the fi fa procedure,
and there was competitive bidding. PIN # 4 -26 -11 -020 was sold to
Phil O'Dell for $1,000.00. PIN # 4 -06 -11 -009 was sold to Phil
O'Dell for $1,500.00. PIN # 4 -08 -03 -005 was sold to Phil O'Dell
for $500.00.
The meeting adjourned.
