HomeMy Public PortalAboutTBM 1959-08-03The Town Board of the Town of Fraser met in regular session at 8:00 P.M.,
August 3, 1959, at Clayton's Cafe, with the following members present:
Mayor Clayton
Clerk Emal
Councilmen: Iver Florquist
Melvin Fesler
George Goranson
George Smith
Clyde Conklin.
Absent: Councilman Frank E. Carlson.
The minutes of thelast meeting were read, and upon motion, seconded and
approved as read.
The following bills were presented for payment, -and the clerk was instructed
to draw warrants for same:
Mountain Parks Electric $60.34
Suburban Gas Service 3.50
Charlene Emal 89.00
Fraser Garage 57.25
The Victor Huffaker Co. 25.00
The motion was made by George Smith and seconded by Melvin Fesler that the
bills be paid. Motion carried.
The bank statement was presented as of July 28, 1959, showing a balance of
$8,375.93.
The clerk was instructed to write to the Colorado Municipal League in regard
to adopting the "Green River Ordinance," with respect to the town of Fraser.
