WAIVER OF NOTICE
OF
SPECIAL MEETING
January 14 , 1974
We , the undersigned , being members of the Town
Council of the Town of Leesburg , in Virginia , do seve-
rally waive all statutory and Charter requirements as
to notice of time , place and purpose of a Special Meet-
ing of the Town Council , to be held in the Council
Chambers , 10 West Loudoun Street, Leesburg , Virginia
at 5 :00 P.M. , Monday , January 14, 1974 , for the pur-
pose of discussing legal matters .

MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF JANUARY 14 , 1974 .
A special meeting of. the Leesburg Town Council was held in the
Council Chambers , 10 West Loudoun Street, Leesburg , Virginia on Janu-
ary 14, 1974, pursuant to Waiver of Notice attached hereto. Present
were Mayor G. Dewey Hill , Councilmen Walter F . Murray, John W. Pum-
phrey , Herbert L. Ridder, C . Terry Titus and John A . Wallace, Jr.
Absent from the meeting was Councilman Robert A. Orr.
In the absence of the Clerk, Town Manager James W. Ritter, Jr.
was appointed Clerk Pro-Tem.

Mayor Hill called the meeting to order at 5 : 13 P.M. , stating
that this meeting had been called for the purpose of discussing legal
matters . Council unanimously consented to go into executive session.
The meeting reconvened at 6 :55 P.M. , with no action being taken,
and immediate adjournment following .
