WAIVER OF NOTICE
OF
SPECIAL MEETING
MARCH 25 , 1974
We , the undersigned, being members of the Town
Council of the Town of Leesburg , in Virginia , do seve-
rally waive all statutory and Charter requirements as
to notice of time, place and purpose of a Special Meet-
ing of the Town Council , to be held in the Council Cham-
bers , 10 West Loudoun Street, Leesburg , Virginia , at
8 :00 P.M. , Monday, March 25 , 1974 , at the request of
the Builders ' Advisory Committee , for the purpose of
discussing sewer availability and priority, and any
other matter that may come before the Council .

MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF LEESBURG TOWN COUNCIL, MARCH 25 , 1974
A special meeting of the Leesburg Town Council was held in the
Council Chambers , 10 West Loudoun Street , Leesburg, Virginia on March
25 , 1974 at 7 :30 P.M. , pursuant to Waiver of Notice attached hereto.
Present were the following : Mayor G. Dewey Hill, Councilmen Walter
F. Murray , John W. Pumphrey , Herbert L. Ridder and C. Terry Titus ;
•i, also Town Manager James W. Ritter, Jr. Absent from the meeting were
4 Councilmen Robert A. Orr and John A. Wallace , Jr.
The entire meeting was recorded on tape, beginning with opening
remarks by the Mayor. The list attached hereto shows those persons
• present at this meeting .
The meeting concluded at 10 : 27 end of tape - at which time the
Mayor adjourned the meeting .
