WAIVER OF NOTICE
OF
SPECIAL MEETING
JUNE 19, 1974
We , the undersigned, being members of the Town
Council of the Town of Leesburg , in Virginia , do seve-
rally waive all statutory and Charter requirements as
to notice of time , place and purpose of a Special Meet-
ing of the Town Council, to be held in the Council Cham-
bers , 10 West Loudoun Street, Leesburg , Virginia , at
7 :30 P.M. , Wednesday , June 19 , 1974, for the purpose
of meeting with the Airport Advisory Committee to dis-
cuss legal matters and land acquisition, and any other
matter that may come before the Council.

MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF LEESBURG TOWN COUNCIL, JUNE 19, 1974.
A special meeting of the Leesburg Town Council was held in the
Council Chambers , 10 West Loudoun Street ,. Leesburg , Virginia on June
19 , 1974 at 7 :30 P.M. , along with the Airport Advisory Committee ,
pursuant to Waiver of Notice attached hereto. Present were the fol-
lowing : Mayor Hill , Councilmen Murray, Pumphrey , Ridder, Titus and
Wallace ; also Town Manager James W. Ritter, Jr. and Deputy Town
Manager E . Wesley Devero . Absent from the meeting was Councilman
Robert A. Orr. Acting as Clerk Pro-Tem was James W. Ritter, Jr .
Also present were members of the Airport Advisory Committee ,
• as follows : Chairman C. Ronald Lowry, Members Thogqas I. Blankenship,
James H. Chamblin , Milo Rumfelt and. John A. WallacL/7X8412mt .Pcl t

Others present were Mr.. Thomas Bourne and Mr. Richard Stuart of
Henningson, Durham & Richardson, consulting engineers .
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hill and , on motion of
Councilman Wallace, seconded by Councilman Ridder, Council voted
unanimously to go into executive session at 7 :42 P.M.
Council resumed session at 10 :37 P.M. and no action was taken.
On motion of Councilman Ridder, seconded by Councilman Wallace ,
the meeting was adjourned.
