JANUARY 16, 1963
The City Council met in an executive session for personnel
purposes at Sugars' Broiler, Arcadia, Cali3ornia, at 7 :30 A. M. on
January 16, 1963, to discuss proposed appointees to single vacancies
on the Parks & Recreation Commission and on the Planning Commission.'
The City Council unanimously instructed the Mayor to appoint
W. H. 'Germain, Jr., 9933 E. Daines Dr., to ;ill the unexpired term of
Haven Andrist, which runs until Dec. 29, 1965, on the Parks & Recrea-
tion Commission.
The proposed appointments to the Planning Commission were
discussed but no decision was reached at that time.
The meeting was adjourned at 8 :25 A. M. to Thursday night,
January 24, 1963, at 7:30 P. M. at the City Hall, 9664 E. Las Tunas
Dr..,- Temple City.
