ATHORIZING VARIOUS CONTRACTORS TO PERFORM
REHABILITATION OF HOMES PURSUANT TO COUNCIl. ON
AFFORDABLE HOUSING (COAH) REGULATIONS
VHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret has received certain money ti) Regional
Contribution Agreements (RCA) funds; and
WHEREAS, the Borough is undertaking and extensive scattered site rehabilitation
program to utilize said RCA funds; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret do hereby approve the following amounts for the work to be
performed by wtrious contractors:
East Amwell Account: Contractor
Not to Exceed
103 Poplar St.
B. Borrero General Contrator
$13,255.00
