RESOLUTION NO. 60 -1
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY APPOINTING THE
MAYOR AND THE MAYOR PRO TEMPORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Merrill Fitzjohn hereby is appointed
Mayor of the City of Temple City and Louis W. Merritt hereby is
appointed Mayor Pro Tempore of the City of Temple City. Each of
such persons shall serve at the pleasure of the City Council.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and shall cause a certified copy of this resolu-
tion and shall cause a certified copy of this resolution to be for-
warded to each of the appointees designated herein.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of May, 1960.

I hereby certiry that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a regu-
lar meeting thereof held on the 25th day of May, 1960, by the
following vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen: Buchan, Dickason, Merritt, Tyrell & Fitzjohn
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen: None.
