WAIVER OF NOTICE
OF
SPECIAL MEETING
We, the undersigned, being members of the Town
Council of the Town of Leesburg, in Virginia, do
severally waive all statutory and Charter require-
ments as to notice of time, place and purpose of a
Special Meeting of the Town Council, to be held in
the Town Office, 15 West Market Street, Leesburg,
Virginia, at 7 : 30 P.M. , -Tuesday, July 1, 1975, for
the purpose of discussing legal matters, and any
other routine matter that may come before Council.

MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF LEESBURG TOWN COUNCIL, JULY 1, 1975.
A special meeting of the Leesburg Town Council was held in the
Town Office, 15 West Market Street, Leesburg, Virginia at 7 : 30. P.M. ,
July 1, 1975, pursuant to Waiver of Notice attached hereto. Present
were: Mayor G. Dewey Hill, Councilmen Charles E. Bange, Mary Anne
Newman, Herbert L. Ridder, James A. Rock and C. Terry Titus; also
Acting Town Manager E. Wesley Devero. Absent from the meeting was
Councilman Robert A. Orr.
-t a The meeting was called to order by the Mayor. On motion of
a! Councilman Ridder, seconded by Councilman Bange, Council voted unani-
i mously to go into executive session to discuss legal matters .
On motion of Councilman Bange, seconded by Councilman Rock, Council,'
resumed session at 10:03 P.M. There was no action taken.
On motion of Councilman Bange, seconded by Councilman Rock, the
meeting was adjourned at 10: 04 P.M.
