A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY COMMENDING ROBERT W. HITCHCOCK, JR., COACH OF THE VARSITY
FOOTBALL TEAM AT TEMPLE CITY HIGH SCHOOL:
WHEREAS, the Temple City High School Varsity Football
Team won all of its league football games during the 1960 season,
and
WHEREAS, by virtue of these victories that have won
the Championship of the Rio Hondo League of the California Inter -
Scholastic Federation, and
WHEREAS, the Football Team's success is due in a large
measure to the fine efforts and insistence upon training and
observation of high scholastic standards by their Coach,
ROBERT W. HITCHCOCK, JR.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Temple City does hereby commend said individual for
his fine work.
