Councilman Presents the following Ordinance Seconded by Councilman
AN O~INANCE AMENDING & SUPPLEMENTING ARTICLE VI
"~ES' OF CHAPTER 160 ENTITLED "LAND DEVELOPMENT"
OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTE~T
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of
Carteret, a municipal corporation of the State of New Jersey, locat6d in Middlesex
County, thereof, as follows:
Section 1. The below fees set forth in § 16%43. S ubdi':ision Fees shall be
increased to the following:
Minor Subdivision $200
Per Lot $75.00
With Variance $100.00
Major Subdivision $500.00
Per Lot $75.00
With Variance $ 100.00
Sfte Plan $500.00
Per Acre $75.00
With Variance $100.00
Deposit for Cost $100.00/lot
Appeals $50.00/1ot
Zgning Appeals $100.00
Section 2. The below fees set forth in § 160-45. Variances shall be increased
to the following:
Interpret. Of Zoning Map $10000
Bulk Variance $100.00
Use Variance Other $150.00/acre
Conditional Use Variance $150.00
· Extension of Approval $150.00
Interpreiation of Ordinance $100.00/Ordinance

Section 3. All Ordinances and/or provisions thereof inconsistent with the
provision of this Ordinance shall be and are hereby repealed as to the extent of
any such inconsistencies.
Section 3. If any section, subsection, part, clause or phrase of this Ordinance
shall be declared invalid by judgment of any Court of competent jurisdiction, the
section, subsection, part, clause or phrase shall be deemed to be sever able from
the remainder of this Ordinance.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication
according to applicable law.
