MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF LEESBURG TOWN COUNCIL, DECEMBER 17, 1975.
A special meeting of the Leesburg Town Council was held in the
Town Office, 15 West Market Street, Leesburg, Virginia at 7 : 30 P.M. ,
December 17, 1975, pursuant to Waiver of Notice attached hereto.
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor. Present were: Mayor
G. Dewey Hill, Councilmen Mary Anne Newman, James A. Rock and C.
Terry Titus ; also Acting Town Manager E. Wesley Devero.
On motion of Councilman Rock, seconded by Councilman Titus,
Council voted unanimously to go into executive session to discuss
personnel matters at 7 : 38 P.M. Mayor Hill left the meeting at 7 : 53
P.M. and returned at 9 : 12 P.M. Councilman Chamblin joined the meet-
ing at 7 : 58 P.M. and Councilman Bange at 8 : 00 P.M.

On motion of Councilman Rock, seconded by Councilman Bange,
Council voted to reconvene in regular session at 10: 35 P.M. There
was no action taken.
On motion of Councilman Titus , seconded by Councilman Chamblin,
Council adjourned the meeting at 10: 36 P.M.
