RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY TERMINATING PROPOSED ANNEXA-
TION NO. 3 -A WEST TEMPLE CITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, on November 14, 1960, the City Council adopted
Resolution No. 60-91 giving notice of proposed annexation to
the City of Temple City of that certain uninhabited territory
designated as "Annexation No. 3 -A West Temple City Uninhabited,"
which set December 12, 1960 at 8:00 o'clock p. m. in the City
Hall, 9664 East Las Tunas Drive, Temple City, California, as
the time and place for a public hearing where any person owning
real property within the said uninhabited territory could appear
and object to the proposed annexation, and file, prior to the
said hearing, written protest, and
WHEREAS, prior to the time set for hearing on December
12, 1960 a written protest was duly filed by property owners
owning all of the real property within the area of the afore-
said proposed annexation,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Temple
City does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Temple City
finds that all of the owners of real property within the area
of the proposed Annexation No. 3 -A West Temple City timely
filed a written protest prior to a public hearing on the afore-
said annexation on December 12, 1960 at 8:00 o'clock p. m., and
pursuant to law does hereby declare all proceedings relating to
the said annexation terminated.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 27th day of December, 1960.
