MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF LEESBURG TOWN COUNCIL, FEBRUARY 9, 1976.
A special meeting of the Leesburg Town Council was held in the
Town Office, 15 West Market Street, Leesburg, Virginia at 7 : 30 P.M. ,
February 9, 1975, for the purpose of discussing legal matters , pur-
suant to Waiver of Notice attached hereto. The meeting was called
to order by the Mayor. Present were: Mayor G. Dewey Hill , Council-
men Charles E. Bange, James H. Chamblin, Mary Anne Newman, Robert A.
Orr and James A. Rock; also Town Manager John Niccolls and Town
Attorney George M. Martin. Absent from the meeting was Councilman
C. Terry Titus.
In the absence of the Clerk, John Niccolls was appointed Clerk
Pro-Tem.
On motion of Councilman Bange, seconded by Councilman Orr, Counci
voted unanimously to go into executive session at 7 : 35 P.M. to dis-
cuss legal matters.
On motion of Councilman Rock, seconded by Councilman Newman,
Council voted unanimously to close the executive session.
There was no action taken.
On motion of Councilman Chamblin, seconded by Councilman Rock,
Council voted unanimously to adjourn at 9: 15 P.M.
