THIS MEMORANDUM OF FIRST AMENDMENT TO WATER TOWER ATTACHMENT LEASE AGREEMENT
("Amended Memorandum"), by and between The City of Tybee Island ("Landlord") and Sprint Spectrum Realty
Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Tenant"), evidences the Water Tower Attachment Lease
Agreement made and entered into between Landlord and Tenant dated November 11, 1999 (the "Lease") has been
amended by written agreement between the parties (the "First Amendment"). The term "Lease" hereinafter refers to
and includes the First Amendment.
This Amended Memorandum amends that aertain Memorandum of Lease recorded with the Office of County
Recorder, County of Chatham, State of Georgia, as document number 493717 Book264 Z Pages 138-741 on January
30.2004.
The Lease provides in part that Landlord leases to Tenant certain real property owned by Landlord and located at I I I
Butler Avenue City of Tybee Island, County of Chatham, State of Georgia ('?ropertl) for the purpose of installing,
operating and maintaining a communications facility and other improvements. The Prcperty is lega[y described in Exhibit
A attached herEtc. The portion ofthe Pmperty leased tc Tenant together with non-exclusive utility and access easements (the
"Leased Premises") is further described in the Lease.
Commencing on December 15, 2019, the term of Tenant's lease and tenancy under the Lease, as amended by the First
Amendment, is extended for five (5) renewal terms of sixty (60) months each that may be exercised by Tenant.

Chatham County, Georgia know as Lot Number Twelve (12), in Ward One (l), on the official map ofsaid Town;
said Lot Number (12), in Ward One (l), having a frontage on Butler Avenue ofeighty (80) feet with a rectangular
depth ofOne Hundred Fifly- Seven (157) feet five (5) inches and being bounded as follows: On the North by Lot
Number Eleven (l l), said Ward; on the East by Butler Avenue; on the South by Second Street; and on the West by
Ftst Avenue.
Less and expecting therefrom any portion ofthe above described property conveyed for the widening ofButler
Avenue.
This being the same property described in the deed from Tybee Water Works to Savannah Beach, Tybee Island
recorded in Deed Book 52- X, Page 469, aforesaid records.
