PROVISIONS" OF CHAPTER 128 "FIRE PREVENTION" OF THE
CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Carteret (thc
"Borough") as follows:
Section 1 The following provisions of § 128-4. Permit Fees shall be amended
and supplemented to read as follows and the balance of said
section shall remain unchanged:
In connection with the provisions of this Article and the Fire
Prevention Code, a fee of thirty-five dollars ($35) shall be charged
for each permit, except as follows:

Any place of assembly not otherwise stated in $35.00

Section 2 All ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with the provision of
this ordinance are hereby repealed limited to the extent of any
such inconsistency.
Section 3 If any section, paragraph, sub-division, clause or provision of this
ordinance is adjudged invalid, such adjudication shall apply only
to the section, paragraph, sub-division, clause or provision so
adjudged and the remainder of this ordinance shall be deemed
valid and effective.
Section 4 This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication
according to applicable law.
