AUTIIORIZING BIDS-SUSPECT AREAS SEWER
--- SEPARATION AND iMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, there is a need for Suspect Areas Sewer Separation and ImprovementS; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to accept bids for said
tmprovements;
D and Council of the Borough
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE by the Mayor
of Cartcret that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for
Suspect Areas Sewer Separation and Improvements.
Adopted this lst day of March, 2001
and certified as a true copy of the original
on March 2, 2001.
