A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY APPOINTING THE
COUNTY FORESTER AND FIRE WARDEN OF THE
COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES AS THE CITY FIRE
CHIEF FOR THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
WHEREAS? the City Council of the City of Temple City has
entered into a General Services Agreement with the County of Los
Angeles in order to utilize the facilities of the various departments
and agencies.of the County in the administration of the affairs of
the City of Temple City, and
WHEREAS, Section 36505 of the Government Code requires the
City Council to appoint a Fire Chief,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Temple City
DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. The County Forester and Fire Warden of the
County of Los Angeles is hereby appointed the Fire Chief of the City
of Temple City.
SECTION 2. All deputies of the County Forester and Fire
Warden of the County of Los Angeles are hereby appointed firemen
of the City of Temple City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of May, 1960.
