THE CITY OF BEL AIRE
ORDINANCE NO. ~ 5'
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LAND TO THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
SEDGWICK COUNTY, KANSAS, IN CONFORMITY WITH K.S.A. 12-519,
et, seq., as amended.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following described land, to wit:
County of Sedgwick and State of Kansas, to-wit:
Gov. Lots 5 and 6 and the South Hal! of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 25, Township 26, Range 1 East of the
6th P.M., except the West 660 feet of the South 660 feet
of said Northwest Quarter, Sedgwick County, Kansas,
is hereby annexed into and made a part of the City of Bel Aire,
Sedgwick County, Kansas, in conformity with K.S.A. 12-519 et.
seq. as amended.
SECTION 2. The above described land shall be zoned "AA",
one-family residential, except the west 660 feet thereof
to be zoned as "C", general commercial.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its publication in the official city newspaper.
