RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MUNICIPAL ,JUDGE
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Municipal Judge in the Borough of Carteret;
and
WHEREAS, said appointment is a three (3) year appointment, according to
N.J.S.A. 2A:8-5.1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that
ALLEN COHBA
be and is hereby appointed to the position of Municipal Judge in thc Borough of
Carteret, effectively immediately.
Adopted this 1st day of March, 2001
and certified as a true copy of the
original on March 2, 2001.
