A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL
FROM R-4 MULTI -FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO C-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 2100 Chester
Boulevard and legally described as follows, to wit:
Pt. S'/2 SE'/4 Sec. 20-14-1W — containing 2.157 Acres
as a R-4 Multi -Family Residence District as outlined on Exhibit A; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to a C-2
Commercial District to facilitate commercial development; and
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to a C-2 Commercial District.
