A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF A CONTRACT WITH THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES
PROVIDING FOR SERVICES OF THE COUNTY ENGINEER
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of Temple City is hereby
authorized to execute for and in behalf of the City of Temple City a
contract with the County of Los Angeles providing for the services of
the County Engineer with respect to subdivisions within the boundaries
of the City, a true and correct copy of which said contract is affixed
hereto and reference to which is hereby made.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 25th day of May, 1960.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing is a true and correct
copy of a Resolution passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Temple City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 25th
