A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL FROM R-3
ONE TO EIGHT FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO
R-3 SPECIAL USE DISTRICT
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 220 Northwest I Street and
legally described as follows, to wit:
Lot 10MJS
as an R-3 One to Eight Family Residence as outlined on Exhibit A; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to an R-3 Special
Use District to be used as a home occupied business (small computer repair shop); and
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that
the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to an R-3 Special Use District.
Passed and Adopted this 7th day of Janua , 2008, by the Common Council of the City
of Richmond, Indiana.
