MINUT1S OF SPECIAL MEETING - PUBLIC HEARING ON COMMUNITY DEVELOP-
MENT :.PPLICATION, APRIL 14 , 1981 .
special meeting was held by the Leesburg Town Council in
the C' uncil Chambers, 10 West Loudoun Street, Leesburg, Virginia,
on Ap it 14 , 1981 at 7 : 30 p.m. for the purpose of holding a public
heari .g on the Community Development Application, pursuant to

the Department of Housing and Urban Development regarding the re-
habil tation and redevelopment of a certain portion of Leesburg.

assistant Manager Jeffrey Minor said this meeting is essentially
an in ormational meeting for the citizens to give Council and the
staff suggestions prior to the full application state. A memorandum
will .e prepared for the next hearing that briefly touches on such
sugge-tions.

requ=-t, prior to application for these funds. Mr. Niccolls said

which ones are interested in serving on this advisory committee.
