A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL
FROM M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TO C-3 CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 213 North 3rd Street and
legally described as follows, to wit:
Lots 15 thru 24 J M L & VAC Alley *TIF* containing 0.9670 Acres
as a M-1 Light Industrial District as outlined on Exhibit A; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to a C-3
Central Business District to be used as office/retail and possible assembly use; and
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to a C-3 Central Business District.
